Culinary director, creative partner

Tjitze van der Dam is the founder and culinary director of Culinair AnnoNu. With 25+ years of experience at the top of Dutch gastronomy, he has organised events for thousands of guests — for Penfolds, Gault & Millau, DPG Media, Gall & Gall and Landgoed de Salentein, among others.

He combines culinary authority with a sharp eye for brand strategy. He is also the author of the cookbooks Spijs and Hollandse Klassiekers AnnoNu, the creator of the signature event 24H Chefs and a collaborator at 100Chefs by Gault & Millau.
